## The story

I have been a collector since I was a kid. We finally bought a house 2 years ago and I wanted a place to display all of the treasures I have amassed over the years. I decided to make my Fan Cave not just a museum, but also my home office/gaming room since I spend the most time there. My wife, a Dodgers fan by marriage, surprised me by having the walls painted as close to Dodger Blue and Away-Jersey Gray (Beacon Blue, P510-7 and Chain Reaction, PPU25-16). Once the walls were painted, we worked together to create a space that bleeds Dodger Blue. The item that kicked off the whole room design is my lucky Kershaw Jersey (I wore every Kershaw start until 2018) he signed while I was wearing it in Colorado, flanked by a 1957 program and a lineup card. Below those are balls and shoes on top of a dresser from IKEA that holds all of my bulk cards and collectables not on display. I needed somewhere to display my 200+ PSA graded Dodger cards and autographs. We found that the IKEA Billy Bookshelves with glass doors are a perfect way to keep them all displayed and safe. The desk is from Amazon and the desk chair is from the Dodger ClubHouse we got at the Yard Sale during 2023 Dodgers FanFest.

First ticket to a Dodgers game signed by Shawn Green - Ticket from June of 2000, my dad and I sat in the left field pavilion. I got this ticket signed at Dodgers FanFest in 2018. My wife got it framed from my birthday later that year. Game used Kershaw hat from June 2022 and Game used baseball Kershaw strikeout number 2613 - Kershaw has been my favorite player since I was little and met him for the first time in Atlanta in 2009. He was signing autographs and had just about finished but I started sprinting to catch him, when I got there and looked up he was waiting for me and said he had to wait since I put so much effort into getting to him. Lineup Card from my birthday game we went too - My wife surprised me by pre-buying the Dave Robberts signed Dugout lineup card from Max at Art of the Game at the stadium. Pitching rubber from Petco Park - we went to a Dodgers-Padres game in San Diego, the Dodgers may have lost but I won by buying and carrying (a very heavy) Pitching rubber back to our car\! Signed program from the last team to play in Brooklyn Chris Taylor game used cleats from the 2021 MLB All Star Game - My first purchase from a Dodger Player’s charity auction. We love that the CT3F foundation supports childhood illness and cancer because my twin siblings were in and out of hospitals when I was growing up.
