The story

I fell in love with the Dodgers in the early 60's when my dad took me to the games. I especially love going to see double hitter games where Don Drysdale would pitch followed by Sandy Koufax. I would wait for players after the games for their autographs this is when I started collecting memorabilia.

I now have, what I call, a Dodger Entertainment Center & a Dodger Museum Rooms beside other cabinets throughout the house. In the entertainment room one can play Dodger checkers, chess or pool. If one gets thirsty you can grab a cold one or some Dodger hard drinks. The end table has the stadium right in it holding autographs Dodger books and autograph World Series trophies. On one wall has all orginal World Championship pennants. On the other wall has the two All-Star pennants that were played at Dodger stadium along side with a canvas painting of Peewee Reese autographed. On the other wall has autographed jerseys. Above the jerseys are the retired uniform numbers. Below the jerseys are over 100 autographed baseballs. Below that are 2 frames with autograph players baseball cards. Next to that are the 1955 Dodger topps baseball cards. Next to that are the 2020 World Champion player baseball cards which are all autograph. Next to that is a tribute to the great Vin Scully. In the Dodger Museum there's cabinets from IKEA with over 250 bobbleheads with ALL the bobblehead, gnomes and statue giveaways plus some from Foco too. My favorites are the golden Kirk Gibson from 2018 which only 350 were given away, both of the golden Ohtani's from 2024, special signed bobbleheads from Nancy B., Mike Brito and Rodger "the peanut man". There's also autograph Vin Scully microphone, water globes, all the the World Series rings, autograph porcelain figures. There's another cabinet with 28 binders autographs, 45's with player interviews by Vin Scully, Hall of Fame autograph postcards. But the most treasured binders to me are the 1955, 1959, 1961, 1963, 1981 & 1988 which contain mostly all 8x10 individual photos of each World Champion player which are all autographed. Other binders contain all opening day tickets, every year schedule from 1955 to present and Dodger pinups. On one wall contains 3 frames of opening day pins with playoff pins, 2 frames with mostly graded 10 rookie baseball cards, autograph photos and one photo of me receiving an autograph from Don Drysdale. On one wall there's the 1955 Brooklyn team statue. I also love the Dodger/Angel pennant since the Angels did play at Dodger stadium for four years. And of course when November/December arrives one has to put up a blue Christmas tree along with all Dodger ornaments. (Unfortunately you only wanted 10 photos of the 60 that I wanted to submit so you would get the entire feel of my Dodger collection.)
