Entry and Contest Rules
FanCaveNation collects fan cave entries. It does not run a contest of its own. Publishers run theirs, on their own terms. This page says how that works, and it takes precedence over the Terms of Use where the two differ.
SUBMITTING A FAN CAVE TO FANCAVENATION COSTS NOTHING.No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary, and buying anything never improves a fan cave's chances of being published, featured or chosen. Void where prohibited by law.
1. Who runs what

FanCaveNation accepts fan cave entries and publishes the ones that clear review on their own pages. It runs no contest and awards no prize. A contest, giveaway or show built from entries is run by the publisher that promotes it, not by FanCaveNation.
2. Contests run by publishers
A publisher decides who can qualify for its contest, how contestants are chosen, how a winner is picked and what the prize is. The publisher is responsible for telling its own audience those things, including who is providing the prize. A publisher may require you to follow its page on FanCaveNation to qualify.
Questions about a publisher's contest or prize go to that publisher.Fletcher Media, Inc. does not provide, guarantee or administer a publisher's prize.
3. Who can submit
You must be 18 years of age or older to submit a fan cave. Publishers may set further eligibility conditions for their own contests, and those apply only to that contest.
4. How to submit
Submit your fan cave at fancavenation.com/submit. It is free. Complete the form, agree to the licence and these rules, and upload the photographs the form asks for. Entries that are incomplete, that use photographs the entrant does not have the right to give, or that appear staged or copied may be declined.
Internet access is required and is your own responsibility. We are not liable for entries that are lost, late or not received for technical reasons.
5. What happens to an entry
Every entry is reviewed before it is published. An entry that clears review gets a permanent page on this site. Being published here is not a prize and creates no obligation on either side.
6. Publicity
By submitting, you agree that Fletcher Media, Inc. may use your name, city and state, your submitted photographs and your story to publicise FanCaveNation and the shows made from submitted caves, in any medium, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. This is the same licence described in theTerms of Use, and it ends when you ask us to stop, as described there.
We never publish your street address or the value of anything in your room.
7. General conditions
Fletcher Media, Inc. may remove any entry, and block any person, who tampers with the submission process, the ratings, or the operation of the site, or who acts in a way that is disruptive or unfair to other people.
By submitting you release Fletcher Media, Inc., its publishers and their respective officers, employees and agents from any liability for loss or injury arising from submitting an entry, from its being published, or from a contest a publisher runs.
8. Not affiliated with any platform, team or league
FanCaveNation is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Meta, or any other platform on which entries or contests may be promoted. You are providing your information toFletcher Media, Inc. and not to any of those platforms.
FanCaveNation is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any sports team, league or player.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is handled as described in ourPrivacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
