For publishers
Run Fan Cave Battles for your own audience
You bring the audience and the show. We handle the entries, the photos, the gear database and the script — and hand your editor a folder that is ready to cut.
Free to run. 66 caves are already in the shared database.
How it works
You get your own page and your own tag
A page at fancavenation.com/yourname, and a campaign tag that marks every entry your links bring in. Your audience sees your name, your contest and your call to action — not ours.
You open a round
A round is one contest: it opens, it takes entries, it closes. Entries that arrive while it is open belong to it. Run them bi-weekly, monthly, or whenever your production schedule allows.
Your audience enters from their phone
About five minutes: a few photos of the room, one question about each, and the gear they own. Every entry that clears review gets a permanent page here, whether or not it makes an episode.
You pick the caves and press one button
Choose the entries for the episode and Generate Show hands you a zip: the host script, and that round’s photos renamed in the order they appear on camera. Your editor opens the folder and cuts.
You keep the audience
Fans who opt in to hear from you are yours to export, with the date and the consent wording they agreed to. They are your list, not ours, and nothing is emailed to them on your behalf.
Who does what
You
- Tell your audience to enter, in your own words
- Open and close your rounds
- Pick the caves that make the episode
- Shoot, host and publish the show on your channel
- Decide any prize — or none at all
FanCaveNation
- Takes the entries and reviews every one
- Gives each cave a permanent page
- Normalizes the gear and computes the rankings
- Writes the script and renames the photos in running order
- Records the consent and keeps the audience export honest
Being featured is the reward. A donated prize is yours to arrange if you want one, and no round depends on it.
The rules we will not bend
These are the same for every publisher, including the first one. They are what makes the data worth citing and what keeps fans entering.
Caves compete inside budget brackets, never flat
A first-time builder is never buried by somebody with a bigger wallet. It is the rule that keeps ordinary fans entering, which is the only reason the corpus grows.
Entries are claimed by tag, not by team
A Dodgers cave that arrives through your campaign is yours. Who drove the submission and what the room is about are two separate facts, and both survive.
Rankings count real appearances only
The gear rankings on this site are computed from the rooms fans sent in. There is no paid placement, on any page, at any price.
No value is ever published on memorabilia
No appraisals, no estimated worth. Location is never published finer than city and state, and photo location data is stripped on upload — these rooms hold valuables, and we will not build somebody a target.
